Amrit Gill
Amrit is a lawyer in our criminal and family law group, based in our North Vancouver office and serving clients across the Lower Mainland. His practice spans all areas of criminal and family law, with a focus on client-centered, results-driven representation. He also acts as an agent for Public Prosecution Service of Canada.
Originally from Surrey, Amrit earned his BA LL.B. from Panjab University in India before returning to Canada and being called to the BC Bar in 2022. Trained and licensed in both India and Canada, he brings a unique international perspective to his work.
Amrit is dedicated to guiding clients through complex legal matters with empathy, clarity, and practical solutions—whether in court or through negotiation. He handles cases involving criminal defence, parenting and support disputes, property division, and Crown prosecutions.
Fluent in Punjabi, English, Hindi, and Urdu, Amrit is well-positioned to support a diverse client base.
